Local Info

The cottage is an ideal base for hillwalking, city breaks or visiting the many local day trip attractions. Edinburgh is only an hour away, Loch Lomond and the Trossachs 40 mins, the coast 20 minutes. I have listed a few suggestions in the tabs above. If you want further suggestions do not hesitate to speak to us.

Closer to home…. try out the ‘Soft Archery’ in the walled garden or the maze cut into the front field. The BBQ hut is available for guests and is a peaceful spot to read or chill out in with family as well as to BBQ in all weathers.
